[lɛ]
verbaliser
(VBZ)
 Forest Myshyn
  ⤷ Neutral
Source Language: South-Eastern Myshyn
Etymology
From River Myshyn -лт ('nominalizer'), from South-Eastern Myshyn -льть ('nominaliser'). Originally suffixed to a verb to create a verbal noun, similar to English gerund. The suffix was repurposed as a verbalising suffix with the approximate meaning of 'to use X' since the function of the gerund was taken up by the infinitive.
Notes
Used to create verbs from noun, denoting the addition of noun onto the surface of something (e.g. colour, paint), or into something which changes its composition (e.g. like in cooking). 'to put X onto/into', 'to use X' and 'to place X' are all adequate translations.

Considering the suffix's origin as a nominaliser, any verb derived with -ле- requires an adposition to have an affect on the object. хюӈ ('onto') and у ('into') are the most common.
