About Razanian
Razanian is part of the Eastern Dunaric branch of the Retenic languages family that is a branch of the Indo-European family.
Despite the fact that the closest other language is Baamin, Razanian is heavily "retenized" due to contact with Standard Retenian since the Middle Ages.
In fact, Razanian speakers migrated from the High Nimarra Valley to their actual homeland 400 km to the south and the place was already inhabited by speakers of dialects from Taurayan, later it will be influenced by Old Antarian and Standard Retenian. Also the Portuguese had an influence on Razanian.
