Comparatives and superlatives are formed using "om" and "den".

"om dem"
more close
closer

"om dem om ta"
more close more that
closer than that (thing)

"omom dem"
most close
closest

"om odem"
more far
farther / less close

"den ... den ..."
as ... as ...

Modifier repetition and the modifier "fo" can both be used for emphasis.
 "dem e dem"/"fo dem"
 close and close/very close
very close

 "foefo dem"
extremely close
