Kingdom angels, known as regimental angels, are uniformly masculine in presentation. When God constructed them from the Seraphic template, he made significant changes to their DNA code, rendering them incapable of changing gender presentation or changing the color of their wings. Part of his intent in this was to limit their breeding capabilities without making them infertile. Because if God was human, he wouldn't neuter his pit bull because he wouldn't want to "ruin his fun." Angels are forbidden from taking human or nephilim wives but they are not banned from sexual relations with humans as long as no children result. Any offspring of regimental angels are considered nephilim and unnatural. In addition to being banned from reproducing, angels are also banned from angel/angel sexual relationships. While they are not banned from contact with human or nephilim men, the ban keeps the angelic bond limited to brotherhood. God does not change the bonding that happens between fledge-mates and ruled they were to remain together. Obviously, fallen angels and Edenic angels are not subject to these rules and regulations. Edenic angels gather together in breeding flocks ranging in size from two to eight individuals. Any eggs laid by the women are raised by the flock as a whole and are considered the children of every member of the flock, regardless of genetic parentage. They have no particular marriage ritual, though they celebrate the addition of an individual to their breeding flock by singing and sky-dancing together.
