About Old Desani
ALL HAIL THE WATER LANG
The common ancestor of Kasewayan, Rashintu, Standard Keranian, Saridzani and Rannyei aka the Desanlangs.
WARNING: this language can be considered my first actual conlang. It's marked as “complete” because there are no plans of further development. Recently I’ve done my best to make it look less messy, but it’s still pretty bad compared to my newer conlangs. One day someone just removed their upvote on this lang and I wasn’t even surprised lol

Main features of this… thing:
- analytical/agglutinative morphology
- peculiar animacy distinctions (basically everything that can move on their own is considered animate)
- nouns are divided into possessible and non-possessible as well
- words are written with a ton of dashes to separate the stems from modifiers (believe me, it makes sense and makes derivation easier)
- an intricate script being a mix of a syllabary and featural writing system (there was a pic at the bottom of this page but it disappeared, #ThanksJay)
