Overview of nouns

Instead of grammatical gender, Mauridai divides nouns into 5 classes which are identifiable by their word initials. Nouns can be further declined into four cases: nominative, genitive, dative and accusative which are indicated by prefixes( determined by the class into which the noun is categorised). Nouns always begin with a consonant, ö or ai.
