About Kaadic Kaadic is a language spoken by the Kaads, a group of people native to the nation-state of Kaàdyì in the Glua Mountains. It is considered a language isolate, although there are a few distinct regional dialects. (A standard form of the language has been developed in recent times.) While Kaàdyì was a colony of the English-speaking nation of Saleutia, English was required in schools and government institutions, but Saleutia never prohibited the Kaadic language from being spoken, and it was reinstated as the official language when Kaàdyì was granted home rule in 1970. After a referendum, Kaàdyì became independent in 2018.

Stress informationKaadic is an agglutinative language, where each word is comprised of a root usually followed by one or more suffixes. The stress is always on the last syllable of the root.
OtherThe following are quirks of the Seneseìan accent, the most prevalent:
1. Written /l/ is pronounced with a clear l /l/ unless followed by /a/ or /o/, or preceded by /a/ or /o/ at the end of a syllable, in which case it is pronounced with a dark l /ɫ/.
2. Written /a/ is pronounced /a/ unless followed by (written) /l/, in which case it is pronounced /ɑ/ in the manner of written /aà/ (a separate letter always pronounced /ɑ/).
