About Kaxlimat OLD

I wrote a good description and then lost it but let's just say this. Goals:
- Small lexicon, clearly defined ways of compounding and specifying additional detail.
- Grammatically defined, consistent intonation patterns to convey emotional detail without stating it overtly.
- More-robust-than-necessary section of the lexicon for distinguishing many emotions and relationships.
- The language is highly regular, not naturalistic, and can be memorised more so by its rules than a million irregular phrases.
- Able to convey things both simply and with a high degree of subtle implication.
