About Mulokan Mulokan (Nebapek) is the lingua franca of Muloka, a planet alone in a wide universe. It is the native tongue of the Striders (Napele). Their nomadic culture and peaceful disposition made them a friend to many and as such, though they were willing to learn other languages, it was not strange for others to speak Mulokan out of respect and courtesy. Through roughly 4,000 years of history, it became the default method of communicating not just with Striders but with anyone on Muloka.
