About Listenbourgish
Lately, thanks to my Sealand passport, I had the opportunity to travel in the great nation of Listenbourg.
I have returned a fascinating language, the Listenbourgish.
The Listenbourgish (Losteñano) is the local language of this place cohabiting with French and some european languages. It's a Germanic language originaly relating to West Germanic but over time it makes its own west germanic family. Due to its geographic location -Listenbourgish is isolated from other germanic languages- the phonology remains very influence by romans languages.
Listenbourgish derives in many dialects : 5 dialectal groups wich are northern dialects, low dialects, high dialects, middle dialects, southern dialects and between 15 and 20 dialects (but it's more like a dialectal continuum). This indexed is the vehicular language coded by Listenbourgish Academy from Lurenberg (Losteñanora Academia) which aims to rehabilitate it trough administration and society and to combat foreign languages (even if Listenbourgish is far from be endengered, increasing, and is always widely spread).
