About Klimsanyor
Klimsanyor is an a priori conlang that is spoken primarily in the Klimsan Empire in Rahturi, largely by the Klimsani species themselves (Rekuans need to speak a specialized dialect). It has very few dialects due to the altruistic unifying nature of Klimsani people, and due to a long history of recorded documentation for the express purpose of standardizing the nation's lingua franca.
The language has a massive vowel inventory amplified by syllabic tone, and is odd compared to some human languages for encoding roots mostly in vowels (although many have built-in consonants as well) rather than morphemes or consonants. For example, Klimsan has the root K_I_A_(N) which means "mountain", and fittingly the word for mountain also fits this system (kïjānure).
Although Cënïks and Leimuses can learn the language with only some difficulty (Leimuses have an easier time due to their better physiological grasp of tone) and Sanxima can effectively approximate the language, Rekuans notably have extreme difficulty due to the structure of their mouth; as they do not have lips, they cannot pronounce labial sounds and cannot produce rounded vowels, and their more guttural speech makes tone extremely difficult though not impossible to grasp. It is for this reason that the ARK (Alrorei Rekuan Klimsanyor) Dialect exists.

[edit] [view] Iräleklìmsānyordyacä ítomiriküren àlròrë (Alrorei Rekuan Klimsanyor)This dialect of Klimsanyor caters to the physiological capabilities of the Rekuan species by adapting sounds that Rekuans cannot physically pronounce. It is primarily spoken in Alrorei, and law local enforcement are required to take classes in it so that they can understand the Rekuan diaspora's speech.
