About Gallatian Language is the expression of the mind, but it is also a tool of formation. Gallatian is an effort to cross the gap between peoples around the world, but also to give way for a new mode of thought that denies the dominance enmeshed in so many others. It uses as much universality in phenotypes as it can to make it simple and easy to learn, while giving it flexibility for words to be created and added to suit the speakers' needs.

Syllable StructureVerbal roots often require an onset and a coda, commonly resulting in a CVC structure. Codas may be preceded by /w/ and /y/, while onsets may only precede /w/ and /y/ if the onset is a stop or one of the realizations of the /R/ archiphoneme. Verbal roots may also lack an onset, though these occurrences are rarer.

Nominal roots have optional onsets, allowing for more varied constructions. The possible structures of nominative constructions are represented by:
(C)V(G)C(G)V(C)
(C)V(N)C(G)V(C)
(C)V(L)C(G)V(C)

Functional affixes and referential roots take on the same phonotactical structure as nominal roots, whilst modifiers are strictly (C)V.
Stress informationIn words with two syllables, stress always falls on the first syllable (paroxytone).
In three or more syllable words, stress always falls on the second syllable. (Paroxytone or proparoxytone).
Other/r/, /l/, /ɾ/, and /ɹ/ are all free variation allophones of each other, represented by the /R/ archiphoneme.
Similarly, /ʃ/, /ɕ/, /ʂ/ are also free variation allophones, represented by the /S/ archiphoneme.
