About Mayala(n)
A tagalog-esque language found on the island of Mayalago in the Philippines. Tagalog and English are not widely spoken there, but English is taught in schools. Most people do not use it outside of academic purposes, however. At least 78% of native Mayalan speakers know the basics, including conversation and simple grammar, since the two are quite similar.
