About Altertang
Spoken by the (actual, with wings and all) Dragon people on Eldarin. No closed-mouth sounds bc they basically can make them. Three of the sounds cannot be produced by humans; it can be adapted by using the 'standardised' vowel and the hand-sign showing that the vowel is a draconic one.
