United DelusianThe most important thing to get used to in learning the standard Delusian orthography is its inherent lack of distinctly written vowels. If a vowel sound comes after a consonant letter, it is not written at all, but if it is at the end of a word, three special letters are used to indicate its presence. Whichever of the three is used is determined by the vowel it represents. "Ë", "e", "ï", and "i" are written this way with yet elfix [Yet Elfix (ی)], but if the vowel is either "à" or "a", it is written with aalïf elfix [Aalïf Elfix (ة)]. The vowels "ò", "o", "ö", "ù", "u", and "ü" are represented with xav aflïn [Xav Aflïn (و)]. All vowels, no matter what, will always be written at the beginning of a word with an Aalïf with a hamzà [Hamzà (ء)] placed above it if the vowel is "à" or "a", and below it for all others. Vowel stress is not indicated in any way whatsoever. When typing in this script, I recommend using iOS's Urdu keyboard layout since all glyphs required can be easily accesed.

(Note: Do not use the code point "ی" for "ى" or "ي"; it will not be accepted since they are different Unicode points. The same applies to "ہ" or "ھ" being used for "ه" and "ۃ" for "ة", they are NOT interchangeable!)
