[Public] ? ?
Phonetic Shifts:
/xs/ -> /ks/ in all positions
/sk/ -> /ʃ/ in all positions
(Long vowels) -> (Trash Bin)
Also, /v/ gets its own Grapheme! (Vv)

Some Stuff That Actually Stayed the Same:
Sentences with subordinate clauses of the type "When X, Y" (e.g. "When I got home, I ate dinner.")
don't use this method. North Saxon uses its own thing: "Þo X, þo Y".

And you never say, "The man who did." , but "The man that did."

Changes in Word Order and Noun Cases:
Nouns have lost NOM, DAT, ACC, and INST cases. However, they still have GEN, and SNG, DUA, and PLU forms.

And word order is SVO because that is the best and I can't be convinced otherwise.
