About kwano
A language for a book I'm writing, mainly exists as a phonological database to name characters and places with, but is aiming for a semi-functional level.
It is a global language, with there only being 2 other living languages, Rralthlarr and Sauikou.
There is a conscript for kwano, but it doesn't have a fully accurate font since it's an abugida script, you can find it in my article "kwano's conscript".
kwano is a global language that is spoken in all but 2 countries - Rralthlarr and Souikai. It originally formed as an amalgamation of languages in a town called Tasui - a major trading port - and eventually underwent a major reform early in the 3rd Era and became what it is today.

[edit] [view] kwano(F) (Common (Fire))Mostly the same as the main dialect, but consonant cluster is pronounced with a glottal stop between the consonants, instead of being combined. While this sometimes happens in the main dialect, the glottal stop is almost always between consecutive consonants in this dialect.
Such as [tɾ] being [tʔɾ]
If there is a double z, like in izzako, it can be pronounced as [θ] despite it not being a kwano sound
Also spoken in some parts of Nijou
This is also the dialect favoured by people from Rralthhlarr

[edit] [view] kwano(s) (Common (Steam))The dialect spoken in the Steam Region. This dialect uses mostly the same grammar, however the primary word order in this dialect is OSV. The primary dialect uses SVO, with SOV also being common, as there is a relatively free word order.
So this dialect can be difficult to understand for most speakers due to the reversed word order, which affects some aspects of the grammar.
