About Cuv
The Txi people are fictional people who occupy the Txivu Confederation (a Confederacy of islands Svalbard and Franz Josef Land.) In this alternative timeline, the Txi descended from Eskimo tribes in Greenland and soon became isolated over thousands of years. The Txi display strong Asian features and their language, Cuv, is an isolate (much like Korean or Ainu.) Historically, Txi people mostly lived on island shores and hunted fish. Txi people constructed large dome-like structures from rocks and fur to survive the harsh winters. While many dialects of Cuv originally existed, a standard version of Cuv was eventually formed after outside contact with other cultures.
