About Oakish
Oakish is spoken by the fictional people of Oaken (rábárézeòs) who live in Europe during the middle ages. They live in an alternate realm that is governed by peace and harmony. War, intense contention, intense greed, etc. by even a single individual in the Inner Realm that they inhabit sets the realm into chaos and can eventually collapse the realm itself. Hence, they are very watchful of themselves. They have no money, the king and queen work, live, and see themselves as ordinary people whose occupation is to oversee the people and help with problems as they arise. Those services are rarely needed and when they are not they set themselves to working alongside their people. I am currently writing a set of novels about this idyllic realm and those who inhabit it (both the people as well as the creatures—including mythological.
