About Kandra
Kandra is a sketch based on a 5-minute language translation challenge. Kandra is me exploring ideas of syntax, pragmatics, and phonology from languages of Cameroon and Nigeria, especially Hdi, Eton and Hausa. They are spoken by actual people and do things way more elegantly than I ever could, so check them out if you're interested in what you see here.
