About Alessian
Alessian is the native language of Alessia, a kingdom in the world of Argenoth, a fictional magical world.
The Alessians are Half-Elven people originating from the Elven realm of Eldria and various Human kingdoms throughout Argenoth, but with close ties to Caldia.
The name 'Alessia' derives from the ancient dragon Alássan, a creature highly worshipped by the people of Alessia. The name 'Alessia' could therefor mean 'servants of Alássan' or 'children of Alássan'. Although the dragons have long gone from the plane of reality, they are still worshipped as sacred beings in many cultures like in Alessia.
The language's sound and flow are soft and fluent. The sentence structure is quite simple and English speakers should be familiar with word order and phonemes. Therefor it is quite easy to learn and speak.
