About Avagari
The Avagari language, or more specifically the High or Standard Avagari Language, natively called by Avagaris as Avagari śel or Ixaj Avagari śel to define it against the many dialectal languages spoken throughout Avagar, is classified as a Western Vagaric language. The Vagaric languages comprise the aforementioned dialect or language continuum and, most prominently, Amogian as well as many other minor languages spoken in the Northern Shadali Range. These languages are also designated as Central Vaar languages, belonging to the Greater Vaar language family, of which Qahari, Zilti, Shadalic, Rayendian and Kiragi as well as many other minor languages also are a part of.
Avagari speakers are mostly concentrated in the Fourth Republic of Avagar and its neighboring countries, with an estimated total of 420 million native speakers and 170 million further L2+ speakers across K'alebis, its home planet.
