The most common way to say this is actually just "seqise matrin" ~ roughly equivalent to "say that to my face!"

matrin heʐalin — related to the above, literally "mother's whore" - whose mother? not stated. One may specify with "eqin" (my) or "ōsin" (your) or "suein" (her) or so on. Can be used as a face to face insult in a way the above cannot. Again, other family words may be used and all are very offensive, similar in severity to calling someone a motherfucker to their face.
