Droppa has Vowel Harmony, all vowels take parts in the vowel harmony process.
Vowels in Droppa are divided into two groups: High and Low. The vowels of the suffixes harmonize with the last vowel of the stem in height. That is, when the last vowel of the stem is a high vowel, all suffixes also have a high vowel; when the last vowel of the stem is a low vowel, all suffixes also have a low vowel.
Below are the rules for vowel harmony:
High | Low |
---|---|
i | e |
u | o |
ae | a |
ie | ea |
oo | aa |
ie | ei |
ui | oi |
aei | ai |
